Under Paul Singla’s leadership and vision, this family business in real estate has experienced nearly four decades of success and has delivered hundreds of new developments to communities across the Okanagan.

Singla Bros Holdings LTD:
A leading construction company focused on residential condominiums and townhouses. In 1993, Singla Bros boasted a 23% market share of residential homes in Penticton, British Columbia. Signature projects include the Chancellor, Ashbury, Farrell Street, Vinita’s Court, Cascade Gardens, and upcoming developments such as Ashley’s Dream. Since 1974, over 500 homes have been created, with another 500 homes on the horizon.

Singla Excavating:
Whether commercial or residential, this company excels at various levels of site grading, to include land clearing, demolition, top soil, sand and gravel, site preparation, crushing, underground utilities, tree removal, land shaping, gravel truck, large rock retaining walls, snow removal and septic systems. From subdivisions to building new homes, available machinery includes bobcats, backhoe, and dump trucks.
