With a family history of nearly four decades in real estate investment, sales, development, and rental management, I have developed a strong interest and a broad level of knowledge for the marketplace and industry. I started my career buying and renovating homes almost 10 years ago in the downtown Vancouver market. All the while, I built on my knowledge of buildings and their quality of construction, learned to negotiate optimal deals from an investment perspective and developed a skillset in building value into local product for resale. I have had further opportunity to enhance my understanding of construction and diverse market trends by buying and selling in the areas of Vancouver, Toronto, and Montreal.

After having studied International Business and Marketing at McGill University, I dedicated six years to learning the business of pharmaceuticals. My area of interest fell to marketing and strategic planning for the company, though experiences ranged from sales to business analysis to policy work. Truly understanding customers and their individual needs became the focal point of my work in pharmaceuticals. Similarly, as a realtor, my clients are my top priority. My interest has turned to helping clients build their future wealth through real estate investment. In my first year as a Realtor, I was awarded Medallion status (top 10% of Realtors in Greater Vancouver), and achieved Centurion/Top Producer status within Century 21 nationally and within our local brokerage. We have been extremely fortunate to have seen this success continue ever since. We have our clients to thank for their ongoing support and referrals, as we build our team and continue to grow our business.
